Returns and exchange - We offer refunds and exchanges for any items you're not completley happy with, providing you return to us in perfect unwashed and sellable condition within 14 days of the date you received it. All items to must be returned in original packaging with original lables/tags still attached.

You are responsilbe for paying for your own shipping costs.

retunrs lost in the post are not our responsiliblty so we recommend you return using a tracked service.

Please be careful trying on items as we will not refund or exchange items with any smell, marks, stains, make up or hairs on.

Exchanged items will be shipped free of charge.

Returned items are aimed to be processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods back in our studio, however in busy periods this may take longer.

Dues to hygienic reasons Earrings can not be returned or exchanged.

If you received a faulty item please accept our apologies for any inconvenience it may cause. please inform us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will rectify the issue as quickly as possible. Please email mrswifey@myself.com providing description and images of the fault.
